The house was as it was listed, and we found it to be clean and well maintained. The location is great and close to skiing, hiking, dining, parks, etc. Definitely recommend.

This was our second time renting here. Self check-in was easy, and Darryl was available by email to answer any questions. The cabin has a lot to offer. We appreciated the air conditioning during our hot August stay. Outside there are two decks, one with a BBQ grill. We sat out on the deck at night, under the stars. Inside there is a great room with a family size dining table, couches, and a large TV. The inside is clean and bright, and the cabin decor is lovely. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are extras like toys and games in the TV cabinet. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our Mini Vacation, and wish that we could have stayed longer! The beach and tranquil surroundings were simply amazing! Can't wait to go back for a return visit next year!

Everything was perfect at this home, location, cleanliness and loved the outside deck. I was here for my son’s wedding, wished I had some down time to enjoy the home and the area. Easy to walk to the ocean and the downtown area. Daryl’s response to any questions was quick and he was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at his home.

Amazing location right on the beach. Felt like a private beach spot. Chairs and beach toys were a plus. Kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need. Beds were comfortable. Extremely responsive and welcoming host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Darryl's property in Dover. The proximity to Portsmouth, views of the river and the wildlife were fantastic and the home was bigger than we expected. It gave our two teenagers, two dogs and my husband and I plenty of room to relax and be together, but also to have privacy. We especially enjoyed playing pool in the evenings and watching the heron fish for their dinner! Be aware that the property is next to the turnpike, only separated by some trees, so there is traffic noise when you are outside. We couldn't hear it inside the house. We expected the traffic because we looked up the property online and we still opted for the location, space and amenities which were all fantastic! Darryl was also a great host. Very easy to communicate and proactive with his messages. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful few days at the lake house for a family get together. The walk out access to the lake was a highlight during the heatwave, our kids spent so much time splashing off the dock and we were able to take our paddleboards and canoe from the house directly to the lake and over to the town beach. The fire pit was a lovely addition and the house itself was very spacious and perfect for our needs. The direct local area is very quiet but only 30mins from North Conway and close to saco river etc. Darryl was a very responsive host and a huge bonus that we could bring our dog with us.

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley's home in Wilmington. I liked the proximity to town, but it's far enough away where it feels quiet and more private. Our pup loved the yard, and the hot tub worked great. Overall, the space is well designed, cozy, and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials, and there was plenty of coffee and even some snacks. Would definitely recommend!

Our group of 9 had an incredible stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a huge highlight—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location was great, with restaurants and activities just a short drive away. Our host Ashley was very welcoming and professional, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly felt right at home and are already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommend!

Perfectly located gem of a stay! Located in the heart of all things Portsmouth, there isn’t a better spot! Our host was incredibly communicative and available at the drop of a hat for anything we needed, even offering some of his favorites in town! We will definitely be back!
