House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection (decibel meter) and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 until 2 hours minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. If smoke smell is detected, the costs for smell mitigation is up to $500. Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. Unregistered guests being on site will be charged $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping costs. Please be sure you have your belongings.

We had an amazing early winter getaway at Ashley’s lakefront home. The home was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located just minutes from Gunstock, which made getting to the slopes incredibly easy. After skiing all day, we loved coming back to the warm, comfortable space—and all the amenities to make some comfort foods in the well-stocked kitchen. Ashley was responsive, friendly, and made check-in effortless. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily stay here again on our next ski trip. Highly recommended!

Ashley’s home is absolutely a home away from home. Everything you need to immediately enjoy time away. Quiet safe location with incredible views of the Lake across the street. Beautiful new build. The Spa-like Bathrooms 😍 I now need to remodel mine when I return home 😊😆 Great binder of thoughtful ideas/places to visit. Super cute cabin-condo right across from the lake. Super comfortable layout. The beds were one the best in airBNBs we've stayed at and the shower pressure was awesome! We come to the lakes region semi-annually to visit family and Ashley's condo will be on a very short list of places we would absolutely love to stay at again (for longer) when we have the opportunity. For those bringing their fur babies (thank you Ashely for allowing!), just an FYI that the condo is across from a busy street. There is green space available among the units of the condo, but for our pups we drove them them to a local community center (maybe 5 plus minutes away) where there was less adjacent traffic. Many pups will do fine at the condo's themselves. P.s. The views of the lake are fantastic!
