House rules
Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund.
Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee
Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee.
Early Check-in (if possible) = $25
Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.
Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund.
Renters must be 25 or older.
No smoking in the home or on the porch. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee.
No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest.
If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Darryl was an absolute great host. The place was very clean and when you walk in it’s bigger than the pictures looked. We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be looking at all the other properties Darryl hosts to enjoy another stay. 5*plus

It was such a great stay.
Our family stayed at the Beaufort in town and we were extremely happy we decided to book this Air BNB instead way nicer than the hotel. Will be back next spring.
