Quiet hours begin at 10PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood and shares a wall with another unit so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are in use for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors or the adjacent unit may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75 and will be automatically applied to your reservation. For more then one dog, each additional dog after the initial $75 fee with be $50. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. No smoking anywhere in the property. Renters must be 25 or older. No unregistered guests. Guest count in property must match reservation. Guests use bunk beds at their own risk. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.
