House rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Strictly no smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. Smoke detection sensors are in place. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Our rental unit is completely private for you. The only common space is the hallway from the main entrance to the apartment doors.

After staying at this location, my wife has now designated me as the primary "finder of vacation homes"! Darryl was very responsive to any questions that I had. The home is right in the middle of this beautiful location in Portsmouth. The entire place looks like it has recently been renovated. Everything looked brand new and was very clean. I am simply going to say that it not only met, but, exceeded our expectations in every way. We will certainly recommend this location to anyone. Thanks again Darryl!!
