Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Strictly no smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. Smoke detection sensors are in place. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful weekend stay! The location is amazing and having a garage/parking space was ideal! The apartment was exactly as expected on the photos and more! The apartment is right next to a wonderful German cafe and a local favorite bar. Expect some evening weekend noises, but there were ear plugs in the bedroom drawers to help if needed. It did not bother us, we enjoyed it. Brought back memories of our “younger” days. I look forward to staying here again!

Great place! Darryl's check-in instruction were very helpful - with many one-way streets in the area, I found the garage with ease. Clean, comfortable rooms with some outdoor space to enjoy the sun. Darryl was helpful with dining recommendations and checking in to make sure we had what we needed. Very clean and looks brand new.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Darryl’s place! The listing not only matched the place- the photos don’t even do it justice for how beautiful this apartment is! So spacious, clean, comfortable, and high-end. And the location is right in downtown and walkable to all the great shops and restaurants. Having a garage parking spot was also an amazing perk. Darryl was very quick to respond and our stay exceeded expectations. Will definitely stay here again!
