Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Strictly no smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. Smoke detection sensors are in place. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

What a fab find. Portsmouth is a Seacoast gem and Darryl’s apartment is the perfect base. Ideally situated in downtown with the rare benefit of a parking garage too. The apartment itself is stunning. Spacious and well appointed. The master suite on the top floor is a particular treat with walk in dressing room and rock star bathroom. Darryl is a super helpful & friendly host. Always responsive and very accommodating. We stayed as a family of four and it was perfect. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

I wanted to write this review before my time expired to comment. I am still traveling and will update more later. But Darrell’s place was fantastic! Location could not be better, Darrell’s attention was appreciated. He managed to get us in a little early, which was nice. Everything we wanted to do was just a step away literally. We saw a band and ate great meals and relaxed.
