House Rules

- Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am - Towels should be washed and put in the dryer before check out - Dishes should be washed and put away before checkout - Beds are to be left undone - No unregistered guests without prior approval. This is checked for all guests, and the fee is $100/night per guest. - No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. - Must be 25 or older to rent the property - Pet Fee = $125 for the first dog and $50 for the additional (Dogs are welcome, and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will result in a $50 clean-up fee. - Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 - Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.

Ashley's home in Center Conway is absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for my family of 4's winter getaway to the White Mountains. This house was immaculately clean, has everything you need (and more!), very comfortable beds, beautiful linens and towels, a fabulously clean hot tub....one of the very best homes we have stayed in. Ashley was extremely responsive to any needs and questions we had, which weren't many at all since she proactively provided most of the instructions required. Without a doubt I would highly recommend her and her gorgeous house on the Sacco river!

Gorgeous renovated home right on the Saco River on a quiet street. Only 15 minutes to Mount Cranmore. Full of amenities and a great finished basement. Perfect for families! Ashley was a great host, incredibly friendly and responsive!

Great for a group of up to 10. Very effective hot tub (stays hot with top off). Bedrooms are clean and very neat, bathrooms are modern, kitchen easy to work in, and the area is quiet but plenty to do! Ashley is awesome and so is her airbnb!
