House Rules

- Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am - Towels should be washed and put in the dryer before check out - Dishes should be washed and put away before checkout - Beds are to be left undone - No unregistered guests without prior approval. This is checked for all guests, and the fee is $100/night per guest. - No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. - Must be 25 or older to rent the property - Pet Fee = $125 for the first dog and $50 for the additional (Dogs are welcome, and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will result in a $50 clean-up fee. - Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 - Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.

Ashley’s home was absolutely beautiful and one of my favorite stays to date! As a host, she was helpful and responsive. Her home was even better than the pictures. We loved the hot tub and being able to look over the water. The beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group to hang out and enjoy the space. Everything was beautifully decorated, and made the space feel elevated.

We loved our stay at Saco Haus! Amenities were top notch - she thought of everything - well stocked kitchen and baths, very comfy bedrooms, and extra towels for the hottub! We were able to feel right at home immediately! Highly recommend!
