House Rules

- Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am - Towels should be washed and put in the dryer before check out - Dishes should be washed and put away before checkout - Beds are to be left undone - No unregistered guests without prior approval. This is checked for all guests, and the fee is $100/night per guest. - No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. - Must be 25 or older to rent the property - Pet Fee = $125 for the first dog and $50 for the additional (Dogs are welcome, and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will result in a $50 clean-up fee. - Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 - Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.

Ashley's home was absolutely LOVELY! My family of 8 enjoyed our holiday stay at her cozy home. The kitchen was stocked with MORE THAN ENOUGH appliances, cutlery, pots, pans etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub was a family fave. The rust couch in the living room was the perfect place for our family to cuddle up on and watch a movie, while the fireplace warmed our toesies! Since there were so many of us staying at the home, the hot water ran out after half of us showered, but it heated back up pretty quickly! I would absolutely book any of Ashley's homes again...in a heartbeat! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home with friends. The house was comfortable, beautifully designed, and truly felt like a home away from home for our few days together. The hot tub was exceptionally well maintained and such a treat during our wintery stay. There was plenty of space for the kids to play, which made it perfect for families, and the location was close to local attractions that offered lots of opportunities for family fun. Ashley was a fantastic host! She was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. She also generously shared local recommendations, which we really appreciated. We would happily stay here again!
