Starter Supplies: We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items. Propane may run out while guests are on site. We will reimburse if that happens.

House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 10PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the porch after 8pm please keep voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Propane for the grill is not an included amenity and guests may need to refill a tank. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping. Trash pick up every Monday by an assigned trash pick up person.

Darryl was a Great Host! The location was Awesome with a Great View of the Lake. If you stay here, Go check out the White Buffalo Trading Post for the absolute BEST Pizza-Nate makes an Amazing Pizza. I’m from Philly and they also make a Great Cheesesteak that is comparable to a Philly Cheesesteak. This Home was so Cozy and Relaxing! Thanks for an Awesome Weekend!!!! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay, house is kept very clean, Darryl is friendly, communicated well and had great local recommendations. We loved fishing off the dock, fish were biting in every cast. The sunset out by the water is amazing, and the stars late at night are hard to beat. 5/5 will be planning another stay here.

Beautiful spot to relax! Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is small but it worked for 4 adults for time we had it. Very quiet, private location. Quick trip to large grocery store. Just FYI to best enjoy lake: bring beach towels, pool noodles or inflatables to float around beautiful lake. Darryl was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Barnstead. We spent our days kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake, watched the sun rise in the morning mist with our coffee out on the deck, and star gazed at night from the dock. Comfortable living room area to watch TV, nicely appointed kitchen and gas grill to prepare meals, comfy beds and towels. Darryl was a great host, promptly answering the questions I had when we first checked in. Thanks Darryl and Stay Space, we hope to visit again!
