Starter Supplies: We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items. Propane may run out while guests are on site. We will reimburse if that happens.

House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 10PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the porch after 8pm please keep voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75 Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Propane for the grill is not an included amenity and guests may need to refill a tank.

I enjoyed a quiet fall getaway in a very peaceful location! Great neighborhood to walk my dog. From the time of booking all the way to the end of my visit, Darryl was a great communicator and was so helpful. I had a question about something when I got to the house and he immediately responded with helpful instructions. The house was very clean and was very comfortable. It is a place I would love to come back to in the summer!

Darryl was a Great Host! The location was Awesome with a Great View of the Lake. If you stay here, Go check out the White Buffalo Trading Post for the absolute BEST Pizza-Nate makes an Amazing Pizza. I’m from Philly and they also make a Great Cheesesteak that is comparable to a Philly Cheesesteak. This Home was so Cozy and Relaxing! Thanks for an Awesome Weekend!!!! We would definitely stay here again.
