- Quiet Hours - 9pm-9am - It is helpful if you're able to start the towels in the washer but it is not required. - Dishes should be washed and put away prior to checkout - Beds are to be left undone - No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. - No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. - Must be 25 or older to rent the property - Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. - Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 - Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. - Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund - If you check in and something is damaged, tell us immediately so we know when the damage occurred. - While we hope nothing is damaged during your stay, we understand accidents happen. Please tell us if anything is damaged during your stay so we can fix it for a future guest. Our housekeeper does a thorough check each cleaning and is asked to report anything not right. We’ll be more apt to work with you on damages if you tell us rather than find out about it after the fact. - Propane grill is available but guests may need to exchange the propane tank if propane gas runs out as propane is not a listed amenity. - If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping. -Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee

Guests have access to the entire space except 2 locked closets for owners items.
