Our Coastal Cottage is the perfect home for a small family or couple looking to escape to the Maine Seacoast. Located in a quaint residential neighborhood within harbor view, this cottage has a relaxing farmers porch, a BBQ grill, 2 full bathrooms and is within a 45 second walk to Kittery Foreside; a small downtown area with shops and restaurants. Our cottage was tastefully decorated by a professional interior designer and comes with smart TV's in every room.

Coastal Cottage is designed to transport our guests to the wonder of the Maine Seacoast. The rich blue and gray tones accompanied by the weathered wood will make you feel as though you are sitting on a lobster boat in the harbor. If you open the windows and the sea breeze is just right, you may actually feel as though you're on the Atlantic. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the farmers porch while the sun sets or kick back in the living room near the lobster trap table. House rules

Quiet hours begin at 10PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the porch after 8pm please keep voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $50 Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home or on the porch. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. Propane grill is available but guests may need to exchange the propane tank if propane gas runs out as propane is not a listed amenity. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.
