Our cottage was tastefully decorated by a professional interior designer🎨and comes with smart TVs📺 in every room.

House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 10PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the porch after 8pm please keep voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $50 Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home or on the porch. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. Propane grill is available but guests may need to exchange the propane tank if propane gas runs out as propane is not a listed amenity. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Location even better than anticipated! Great bakery breakfast spot literally steps away as well as other great food and a few shops. The walk over the bridge to downtown Portsmouth was easy and fun even in a snow storm. Communication with Darryl was fast and smooth. Will be back

We had a great stay here. The cottage is exactly as described. The location is perfect with literally a 1-to-2-minute walk right into downtown restaurants and shops. If you have more than one car it gets a little tricky however Darryl provided us with clear instructions on where to park the second car. We will definitely be back!

The place was an amazing stay! We only had 4 from my family with us, but it could have comfortably accommodated our family of 6. The place was cozy and in a great location. Darryl gave great local suggestions and always responded quickly. We adored Lils Coffee shop, which was even open Thanksgiving morning! Parking was tricky, but once found-easy! We have family that lives locally and this will be a place we book again when we return.

Very nice modern 2 bedroom , 2 bath home . Kitchen was spacious , granite counters, stainless steel appliances , washer/dryer , everything that one would need . Perfect location , right in the middle of the quaint little town . Also , very close to Portsmouth as well.
