Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.
Pet Fee = $75 (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25
Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees, if the rule is not followed, are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.
Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund.
Renters must be 25 or older.
No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke.
No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in the reservation must match guests in the property. If you wish to have visitors or wish to add additional guests to your group, please let us know. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest.
If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus the cost of the shipping.
Please note that propane tanks are not guaranteed, as it’s difficult to gauge their weight and guests often leave the valves open.

I LOVE staying with Darryl, I had stayed at various different properties and every single one has something special. The vibes are immaculate and this specific air bnb was literally the coolest!! All of my friends saw my photos on social media and were asking for info so they could book.
As a host Darryl is always helpful, kind and responsive. And having a dog friendly air bnb that is beyond clean is amazing. I highly recommend any of Darryl’s properties, but this one, on the beach was exceptional.
I happened to book my trip for business, but Massachusetts was getting slammed with a blizzard, I had to go anyway. It was a fun experience, the walkways, parking spaces, stairs ect was all shoveled and clear (2 feet of snow) way before checkout. I hope to return in the summer!!

Very clean beautiful salisbury stay! Host was extremely helpful, responsive, and the beach views although it was winter - we’re AMAZING. Decorated very nicely and our two boys my fiance and I had the best time. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Darryl’s home is a terrific place to stay. It is absolutely immaculate, and it has all of the amenities you need for a great stay. The home is located on the ocean just steps from a pristine beach. The home is well themed and a fun place to stay. And Darryl is super responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful place to stay! My fiancé and I stayed for a week and would come back if we are in the area. Place was clean, private, and has amazing views and beach access. Darryl was on top of everything and got back to any questions I had immediately. Thanks Darryl!!

Sweet spot! Charming Decor, Direct access to the beach, & Within walking distance to Center via Beach. We hope to be back as we’re sure it will book up fast over the warmer months. 🤞

Thanks DarryI for being an awesome host! Everything looks exactly like the photo. We especially loved the sunroom — it was our favorite spot. The beach is literally right outside the door. The location is great too, just a 3-minute drive for coffee and close to Rust Can BBQ (checked one thing off my wish list!). The room was clean and had all the appliances we needed. The host was super responsive and kind — I truly hope to stay at one of their properties again in the future. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place!
