House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Strictly no smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

We recently stayed at a Darryl’s place for our Girls Trip to Salem. Darryl was a wonderful host, very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth arrival and comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was fantastic, in a very walkable area- as we were a short walk/uber ride to both the beach and train station, which is just one stop away from into Salem and we used frequently! The bed was extremely comfortable, which was much appreciated after all the walking we did. I would definitely stay at Darryl’s place again! 10/10

Darryl's place was just perfect for our stay. It was conveniently located to both Salem and Boston. The train to Boston was just a few blocks away and we felt very safe walking in both the early morning and the later evening hours. Darryl was highly responsive and answered all questions right away. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for two adults and a dog. Walkable to cute restaurants and coffee. Apartment was clean and met all our needs. Quiet building and safe location. Communication with Darryl was exceptional. Would definitely come back again.
