House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the deck after 8 PM please keep your voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without a refund. The manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee. Pet Fee = $75 (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees, if the rule is not followed, are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50, 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in the reservation must match guests in the property. If you wish to have visitors or wish to add additional guests to your group, please let us know. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus the cost of the shipping.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this clean, cozy, and well-maintained home. The space was comfortable and welcoming, and the kitchen was very good and spacious — perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together. The location was peaceful and convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and communication with the host was smooth and professional from start to finish. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.

Darryls home was beautiful!! The extra living room downstairs was such a plus . Very spacious and fun for little ones to run around ! The home was super clean and comfortable. Definitely a cozy one ! Great views from the balcony were amazing. Definitely would stay again

Comfortable, quiet and centrally located! We don’t typically stay in condos, but this one surprised us by feeling much more like a private home! We were pet sitting too and loved the pet friendly setup of the neighborhood. Overall, fantastic experience!
