Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees, if the rule is not followed, are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in the reservation must match guests in the property. If you wish to have visitors or wish to add additional guests to your group, please let us know. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus the cost of the shipping. Please note that propane tanks are not guaranteed, as it’s difficult to gauge their weight and guests often leave the valves open. All fires must be put out by 10pm. Guests creating a noise disturbance between these hours will be given one warning to quiet down before being evicted from the property without refund. There is absolutely no smoking, candles, incense burning or use of illegal substances in the townhouse. There is no smoking on the property at all, including the yard. failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Tampering with or covering the outdoor cameras in any way will result in immediate eviction from the property. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction from the property, without refund.

Aside from a locked closet for owner storage, the entire rental is available for your enjoyment.
