Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Kittery, Maine! Our home is the perfect retreat for couples and families who are looking for a quiet vacation experience with great shopping and dining options. Located just a short walk from Kittery Foreside, our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping or sightseeing. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need. The dining area has a large table, making it the perfect spot for family meals or game night. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, private 3rd floor balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a second king-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (with a trundle bed). These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The large 3rd floor deck has plenty of seating for enjoying a meal or relaxing with a glass of wine. Quiet hours begin at 10PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood and shares a wall with another unit so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the deck after 8pm please keep your voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors or the adjacent unit may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $50 Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home or on the deck. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. Guests use bunk beds at their own risk. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Darryl's place was perfect! The entire home was beautifully decorated with plenty of space! The bedrooms and bathrooms were so spacious! The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were well-stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, snacks, laundry supplies, etc. Darryl was very easy to communite with and quickly responded! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This place had plenty of room for our busy family of five. We were having some work done on our home and this location was awesome. Kittery is the sweetest town. The restaurants and cafe are just a short walk. The view for the balcony was amazing. This place has great natural light.

Amazing place and location! We loved being able to walk to Lil’s for coffee and the Corner Pub for fish and chips and beer. My favorite part was the deck attached to the master bedroom that we enjoyed in the mornings with coffee and in the evenings. We slept with the windows open and woke up to amazing, fresh, chilly air. I also loved that the master had a vaulted ceiling. Plenty of space and TVs for everyone to unwind after long days of exploring Portsmouth, Kittery, and Marginal way. Darryl was helpful with tips and suggestions.

I almost want to keep this gem a secret so it will be available when I need it. We had an amazing stay at this spacious Kittery home! The location was perfect—just a 20-minute walk to downtown Portsmouth, and nestled in the charming Foreside neighborhood. The area is quiet and peaceful, but still close to everything. One of the highlights was the incredible local bakery just around the corner—definitely worth the long line! The house itself is spread over three floors, giving our group of 10 women plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The beds were comfortable, and the layout worked great for a larger group. Our host was fantastic—always quick to answer any questions and very proactive in communication. We really appreciated the clear, specific instructions for everything, which made check-in and navigating the house super easy. Highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking for comfort, space, and a great location near Portsmouth!

Darryl is a great host, he responded promptly to our inquiries and his recommendations were top notch. His home was clean, spacious and we had enough room for our family of 9 and our pet Bella. The 3 bathrooms were a plus with all the amenities that exceeded our expectations.
