Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Kittery, Maine! Our home is the perfect retreat for couples and families who are looking for a quiet vacation experience with great shopping and dining options. Located just a short walk from Kittery Foreside, our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping or sightseeing. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need. The dining area has a large table, making it the perfect spot for family meals or game night. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, private 3rd floor balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a second king-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (with a trundle bed). These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The large 3rd floor deck has plenty of seating for enjoying a meal or relaxing with a glass of wine. House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 10PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood and shares a wall with another unit so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the deck after 8pm please keep your voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors or the adjacent unit may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75 and will be automatically applied to your reservation. For more then one dog, each additional dog after the initial $75 fee with be $50. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home or on the deck. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. Guests use bunk beds at their own risk. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping. While this property includes free parking for two vehicles, it may be difficult to fit two large vehicles. Please reach out with any questions about parking.

I stayed here with four of my friends and we loved Darryl's place! There was tons of room to stretch out. The bedrooms are big and the beds were comfortable. The big table was great for meals. We could walk everywhere and had a great time exploring Kittery and Portsmouth without having to get into our car. The area is so gorgeous and there was so much more to explore than we had time for! Darryl provided helpful information, including photos that made it easy to find the place and know where to park. This unit is part of a duplex, so you do hear your neighbors, but it didn't bother us. We'd stay here again without hesitation.

My family had a wonderful stay at Darryl's listing in the heart of Kittery Foreside. It was very centrally located and in a cute, walkable neighborhood. There are so many great restaurants close by and it was just down the street from Lil's (a fantastic cafe with delicious food and coffee). Having 3 bathrooms for a larger group was great and there was plenty of seating space to hangout and relax. The deck had great views of Kittery and the shipyard. Darryl communicated extremely well and made sure we had all the information needed for our stay. Would recommend!

Great house for my family group to gather following family funeral. We wanted to be together, not in separate hotel rooms. The living room is comfortable. Beds were comfortable and our party all slept well.

Darryl's place was perfect! The entire home was beautifully decorated with plenty of space! The bedrooms and bathrooms were so spacious! The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were well-stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, snacks, laundry supplies, etc. Darryl was very easy to communite with and quickly responded! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This place had plenty of room for our busy family of five. We were having some work done on our home and this location was awesome. Kittery is the sweetest town. The restaurants and cafe are just a short walk. The view for the balcony was amazing. This place has great natural light.
