Quiet hours begin at 10PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood and shares a wall with another unit so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the deck after 8pm please keep your voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors or the adjacent unit may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $50 Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home or on the deck. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. Guests use bunk beds at their own risk. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

We loved this little house! Lots of room, beautiful surroundings, close to downtown, very clean, and very comfy beds. Parking is very tight. We had a big SUV and it was very tight with the neighbors parked next to us. If you had two cars, it would be extremely tight to park at the house. This was communicated prior to check-in, though! The downtown area was beautiful. We were close to nearby cities which we loved as well. We would definitely come back to Darryl’s place!

We will 100% be back. Darryl’s stunning three-story home exceeded every expectation—spacious living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and two incredibly comfortable king-size beds. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and attractions, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was very responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out effortless. We had a great stay at Harbor Vista. There was plenty of room. The view from the deck was great. We were a short drive away from Portsmouth where we had a delicious lunch at the Waterview Grill. We also enjoyed the cafe that is within walking distance from the house.

I stayed here with four of my friends and we loved Darryl's place! There was tons of room to stretch out. The bedrooms are big and the beds were comfortable. The big table was great for meals. We could walk everywhere and had a great time exploring Kittery and Portsmouth without having to get into our car. The area is so gorgeous and there was so much more to explore than we had time for! Darryl provided helpful information, including photos that made it easy to find the place and know where to park. This unit is part of a duplex, so you do hear your neighbors, but it didn't bother us. We'd stay here again without hesitation.
