House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75 and will be automatically applied to your reservation. For more then one dog, each additional dog after the initial $75 fee will be $50. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home or on the porch.Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping. Please do not lose the Pool Pass. For Lost Pool Pass, there will be a $300 fee.

Guest Access

You'll have full access to our property, with the exception of a couple of private owners' closets. Please note that there's a locked door at the bottom of the steps leading to another unit, which is not included in your rental. If you're interested in renting that unit as well, feel free to ask! We want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or requests!

No complaints -- exactly as described, excellent communication, comfortable, clean, and an easy location. I stayed here for 8 nights working remotely with a friend and my dog. Neither of us ever had issue with the internet (we both do many video calls each day). Super convenient to take the free shuttle to Loon Mountain. Awesome restaurants, spas, stores, hiking trails, etc. are all a short drive away. I would 100% stay here again, no hesitation!

When our RV unexpectedly broke down, my teenage son and I needed a comfortable place to stay while waiting for repairs. We were so lucky to find Darryl’s Loon Mountain home—it truly felt like a little slice of heaven during a stressful time! Darryl was an amazing host: friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The house was spotless and very well stocked with everything we could need. The layout was great (as long as you can handle stairs easily), and the views were absolutely stunning!! The peaceful off-season quiet (early November) allowed us to relax and recharge. We loved cozy evenings by the fireplace while watching TV, baking, and exploring the gorgeous Kancamagus Highway to Conway. The complex even had a wooded stream and waterfall running through it which made our daily walks with the dogs fun & blissful! What started out as a challenge turned into one of our favorite travel memories! We can’t wait to come back!!

The house provides parking for 2 spot in front of the townhouse. There is additional overflow parking for as many cars as you have in the overflow parking lot near the trash area.
