House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75 and will be automatically applied to your reservation. For more then one dog, each additional dog after the initial $75 fee will be $50. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home or on the porch.Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping. Please do not lose the Pool Pass. For Lost Pool Pass, there will be a $300 fee.

Guest Access

You'll have full access to our property, with the exception of a couple of private owners' closets. Please note that there's a locked door at the bottom of the steps leading to another unit, which is not included in your rental. If you're interested in renting that unit as well, feel free to ask! We want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or requests!

Darryl's place is is a clean and cozy home, incredibly close to Loon. We were very comfortable, appreciated the vibe, communication and location of the home and being able to bring our dog as well. Would return!

Had a great stay here for a weekend of skiing. The home had everything we needed & was very comfortable. The option to use facilities such as the pool & game room at the main building was an added bonus. Beautiful views of Loon and surrounding mountains. Shuttle access to skiing & lots of great restaurants in the area. Host was attentive & responsive to any inquiries. 10/10!
