Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are in the yard after 8pm please keep voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Hot tub is serviced every Wednesday between 9am and 5pm. A member of our team will need access to the hot tub during this time to check water conditions and make adjustments to the system. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $300 fee Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking or vaping inside the home. There will be a $500 fee for evidence of smoking inside the house. Pick up all dog waste. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Aside from a few locked closets for personal items and supplies, the entire homes is available for your use.
