Our cozy 4 bedroom Granite House sits on a private yard with plenty of space for outdoor activities. After a long day, cozy up next to any of the 4 fireplaces with a book from our library, enjoy a relaxing soak in the custom indoor hot tub or prepare your favorite beverage from our wet bar. Our home is extremely large and provides plenty of space for 2 large families. There are 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms (plus a bonus room to sleep in) near the second kitchen, large yard and stunning private spa room with fireplace. Let us pamper you while you’re vacationing in the valley!

Starter Supplies: We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.

House Rules
Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are in the yard after 8pm please keep voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund.
Hot tub is serviced every Wednesday between 9am and 5pm. A member of our team will need access to the hot tub during this time to check water conditions and make adjustments to the system.
Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $300 fee
Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25
Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.
Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund.
Renters must be 25 or older.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found, including odor, residue, or cigarette remains.
Pick up all dog waste.
No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest.
If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

This place was an absolute gem!! Darryl was incredibly helpful and responsive, the space was gorgeous, we had all the amenities we could have needed, and the location was perfectly tucked away while still being close to everything.
I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this was my favorite by far. You can tell there’s a lot of effort put into making this a great space for guests. There were so many solid sleeping spaces (not just shitty pull-out futons), a lot of books and games, the kitchen was stocked with dishware/cookware, and an additional bonus: the check-out list is short and sweet.
I can’t recommend Darryl’s place highly enough. 10/10!

We recently stayed for a ski weekend and had a great time. This house is clean and comfortable and has plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were all very comfortable, and the house was very clean. We also really enjoyed having the hot tub after a busy day of skiing. The hot tub was well maintained and easy to use.
Daryl was a great host. Very responsive before and during our stay, and very accommodating.

Darryl was very responsive to every inquiry and there was clear communication about expectations for the space. We loved how close we were to Cranmore mountain and Bretton Woods. The home was spacious enough for our large group to have our own spaces and come together for dining or games. We especially loved being able to bring our dogs :) thanks, Darryl!

Darryl was great to work with and we loved our stay in Conway! The house was much bigger than it looked in photos and check-in/out were so easy. Would love to stay here again- it was perfect for big family meals and boardgames by the fire at night. Also so close to everything, wonderful Airbnb experience!

This home is perfect for a large extended family who wants to get to know the N. Conway area. Close to skiing, the village, and lots to do. The home itself has beautiful common areas to spend time in, along with beautiful, spacious bedrooms. The windows and light are stunning.
