Our cozy 4 bedroom Granite House sits on a private yard with plenty of space for outdoor activities. After a long day, cozy up next to any of the 4 fireplaces with a book from our library, enjoy a relaxing soak in the custom indoor hot tub or prepare your favorite beverage from our wet bar. Our home is extremely large and provides plenty of space for 2 large families. There are 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms (plus a bonus room to sleep in) near the second kitchen, large yard and stunning private spa room with fireplace. Let us pamper you while you’re vacationing in the valley!

Starter Supplies: We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.

House Rules
Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are in the yard after 8pm please keep voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund.
Hot tub is serviced every Wednesday between 9am and 5pm. A member of our team will need access to the hot tub during this time to check water conditions and make adjustments to the system.
Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $300 fee
Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25
Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.
Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund.
Renters must be 25 or older.
No smoking or vaping inside the home. There will be a $500 fee for evidence of smoking inside the house.
Pick up all dog waste.
No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest.
If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was super convenient to downtown and all local attractions. About 15 mins to Cathedral Ledge and Diana's bath and only a few minutes from downtown and the outlets. The house was very clean, we enjoyed the easy-to-use hot tub and it was great that it was in the entry way room. The house was unique, with lots of natural light and great mid-century modern/modern decor. Lots of room in the bedrooms and living spaces. The small game room was attached to the "master" bedroom upstairs and the space downstairs was ample. The main floor had 3 nice bedrooms and really large kitchen. The bathrooms were spacious, renovated and clean. Definitely recommend if you're with a bigger group and want to do all the local attractions. Host was super responsive!

Great please. We will be back for sure. There was a problem with the fireplace. They responded right away even offering to come take a look. Turns out the flu shoot was stuck and it was no big deal!!

Daryl's place is one of the best Airbnb we had for years! The house is in a prime location. It is in a private and beautiful woodedl area. We saw 4 deer crossing the road one morning and kids were so excited! It is also close to all major attractions. Everything is only a few minutes drives away. The house is very spacious and clean. The bedroom with a full size bed and the bunk bed has its own restroom, while the other two queen bedrooms share one. The master bedroom is on the top floor with a play area. The air hockey was a bug kit for kids! The hotub is also great for relaxing after a busy day. Everyone loves the house and we hope to come back next time!

Darryl was a great host and we really enjoyed staying at his place! He was very communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay and even offered us dinner recommendations of some of his local favorites. We really enjoyed being so close to town while also being on a quiet street that felt private and peaceful. We felt right at home at his place and would recommend him as a host to others!

We loved every minute of our stay at this home in Conway — our only regret was not booking it for longer! The location was perfect for us and the kids, just down the street from Cranmore and only a few minutes from downtown North Conway and the outlets. We had easy access to great hikes, shopping, and restaurants.
The home was even more spacious than we expected. Everyone enjoyed having their own areas for quiet time, while the common spaces were perfect for games, movies, and dinners together. The house was spotless, and having laundry on-site was a huge plus.
We’ve already added it to our favorites and are talking about booking again for fall or winter, this time with more friends. Darryl was fantastic from start to finish — responsive, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. We couldn’t recommend this home more and are already looking forward to our next stay!
