- Towels should be washed and put in the dryer before check out
- Dishes should be washed and put away prior to checkout
- Beds are to be left undone
- No unregistered guests without prior approval. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest.
- No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee.
- Must be 25 or older to rent the property
- Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee.
- Early Check-in (if possible) = $25
- Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.
- Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund
- If you check in and something is damaged, tell us immediately so we know when the damage occurred.
- While we hope nothing is damaged during your stay, we understand accidents happen. Please tell us if anything is damaged during your stay so we can fix it for a future guest. Our housekeeper does a thorough check each cleaning and is asked to report anything not right. We’ll be more apt to work with you on damages if you tell us rather than find out about it after the fact.
- If you leave something, there is a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

Ashley proved to be the perfect host of an equally perfect apartment. She was very responsive to any questions and provided recommendations to local restaurants.
The apartment was immaculate and even lovelier than pictured. The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware and everything needed to prepare a meal. Which is something that rarely happens in the vacation homes we rent.
We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Ashley again.

I needed a last minute "home" as mine was getting renovated, and this spot was perfect -- easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and bright, and I appreciate Ashley's communication.

My son and I really enjoyed this lovely renovated 2nd Floor apartment. Everything had a new feel and clean look. While we didn’t utilize the kitchen, the bathroom was very clean and easy to use. We felt very comfortable in this place and watched several free movies on the comfy couch. Note for larger groups that there is not much of a dining table.
The location was one of the best things. It was literally a few steps from one end of the main commercial street. On it were many lovely and interesting shops with friendly shopkeepers as well as diverse places to eat. Favorite shops were the book stores, used music shop and second hand stores. As far as restaurants go, we lives the Greek restaurant and Mama’s for breakfast, King’s for great roast beef sandwiches and Stone’s for great beer and bar food.
Lastly, Ashley was a great host as she was extremely responsive and offered some flexibility on check in/out when asked. She also had some good local recommendations.
