House Rules

- Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am - Towels should be washed and put in the dryer before check out - Dishes should be washed and put away prior to checkout - Beds are to be left undone - No unregistered guests without prior approval. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. - No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. - Must be 25 or older to rent the property - Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee. - Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 - Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. - Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund - If you check in and something is damaged, tell us immediately so we know when the damage occurred. - While we hope nothing is damaged during your stay, we understand accidents happen. Please tell us if anything is damaged during your stay so we can fix it for a future guest. Our housekeeper does a thorough check each cleaning and is asked to report anything not right. We’ll be more apt to work with you on damages if you tell us rather than find out about it after the fact. - Propane grill and/or firepit is available but guests may need to exchange the propane tank if propane gas runs out as propane is not a listed amenity. - If you leave something, there is a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

Five Star Stay in Gloucester- From check-in to check-out, our experience was easy, comfortable and the space matched the description/pictures on Airbnb. Our family of five was quite comfortable in this three bedroom space. The kitchen and bathroom was very clean and felt newly renovated. The apartment is convenient to everything. Our host, Ashley was responsive and made great suggestions for restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Wow! I throughly enjoyed staying at Ashley's property in Gloucester MA. The only thing better than the beautiful water views, cozy outside deck and spotless house was Ashley's proactive and extremely helpful communications. I mean, who else provides an arial view of the house to make it easy to spot when first checking in! Along with local recommendations and appropriate checking to make sure all was in order, Ashley truly made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great stay here! Beautiful views from almost every room in the house! Very quiet and private although it is right off a main road. Parking was convenient and easy, place was very clean and comfortable. Ashley was responsive and very accommodating. We would be happy to stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Great location! Super clean and organized home. It has everything you need to cook proper meals. Lots of dishes! We greatly appreciated the full size washer and dryer! Ashley is very responsive and took care of every question and need we had. She is a wonderful host!!

We had a lovely week stay. The place is well described and was everything and more. It was all lovely decorated, had everything for a comfortable stay, and was thoughtfully furnished, decorated, and supplied. We intended to stay in the home and cook often, and had everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen/laundry. The dining table is large for lots of people or a giant puzzle or games. The beds were comfortable with nice night stands and desks and/or side tables and small closets. I appreciated the outdoor light over the stairs and having a big parking lot. We loved the view to watch the tide, sunrise/set, and the ducks. It's very centrally located to everywhere one would want to go in Cape Ann. Best, though, was how professional and communicative Ashley the host was. I really appreciated her suggestions, her quick responses, and her general care and hospitality. It's clear she wants her guests to have a great stay, it's not just a side-hustle.
