House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 8PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the deck after 8pm please keep your voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. No more than 5 cars may be parked at our home. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or directly in front of the house on the street in the direction of travel. Cars parked in the street, not in front of our home are subject to being towed by the homeowner association and a potential fee of $100. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee. Pet Fee = $50 Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests. Propane grill is available but guests may need to exchange the propane tank if propane gas runs out as propane is not a listed amenity. Guests use bunk beds and bicycles at their own risk. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping costs.

Darryl's home was exactly as described. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and we would certainly recommend to others. It was within walking distance to the beach and had multiple restaurants within a few minutes from the house. We enjoyed use of the pool table and the variety of games available.

Originally booked a 1-week stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to stay an additional 10 days. Darryl was completely understanding and responsive. Always got back to us within 10 minutes when we contacted him. Great neighborhood to walk the dog, quiet side street near the ocean. The home was exactly what was pictured in the photos. I would definitely return. Darryl was a great host!

Darryl is a great host and the house was exactly as described and we had a wonderful stay. My dogs loved the big back yard and getting 4 inches of snow was an added treat for all of us at Christmas. We definitely would stay with Darryl again on any future trips to the Plymouth MA area.
