House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 8PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the deck after 8pm please keep your voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. No more than 5 cars may be parked at our home. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or directly in front of the house on the street in the direction of travel. Cars parked in the street, not in front of our home are subject to being towed by the homeowner association and a potential fee of $100. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee. Pet Fee = $50 Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests. Propane grill is available but guests may need to exchange the propane tank if propane gas runs out as propane is not a listed amenity. Guests use bunk beds and bicycles at their own risk. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping costs.

Darryl’s Place My family stayed at Daryl's place for a few days and it was great. The home is located in a quiet and nice area but not far from a few stores. The place is spacious, it's clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and when you travel with a large family that is most convenient. The response time by Darryl for the two questions I had was less than 10 minutes. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the summer. Thank You Geraldine

We had a fabulous visit! Your place offered plenty of space for our family and friends to come and spend time with us visiting, breaking bread, taking long walks with the pups on the beach, at the nature preserve at the end of the street and at Eel River preserve. I heard my first eastern screech owls each evening. We had a touch of summer and a touch of winter, which was a special treat for us. Should the need arise, we would be happy to stay again.

Darryl's Plymouth house was perfect for our group of 12 adults and 2 children! Great and well equipped kitchen and multiple seating areas. House was clean and had all of the extras that we needed for our trip!

The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to a beautiful dog friendly beach and just short drive to the town of Plymouth where you can find loads of amazing restaurants and things to do. Will definitely be back.
