House Rules

Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home or on the porch. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Darryl’s place was a great location to our Salem trip. Parking was directly in front of the rental. The washer and dryer in the basement was a plus. For coffee lovers, the coffee bar is a huge hit. The beds were comfy and the decor was a added bonus to experience Salem. The list goes on, we will definitely rent again when we return.

Darryl is an exceptional host! He is the type of host everyone wants when booking an Airbnb. Accommodating, responsive, and friendly! His place in Salem is top notch! Clean & tidy with a nice little backyard. It is such a quick walk to Essex street, less than 10 mins!! Couldn't have been more perfect. PRIME LOCATION! Also, one of the "Hocus Pocus" houses is right nearby! AMAZING! Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was impeccable clean, which is always important to us. We would stay here AGAIN & AGAIN. Best Airbnb in Salem.

Excellent place. Very close to everything. Darryl was extremely quick answering all questions. He also Recommended great restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommend to stay if considering Salem area. Close to beaches too like Crab beach in Gloucester which allow dogs year round.
