House Rules

Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home or on the porch. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Incredible location, close to everything downtown, yet quiet enough for our noise-sensitive dogs. The yard was great for letting our pups roam. It’s not fenced in, but that was clear from the photos and reviews. The rooms were spacious, and the living room was perfect for movie nights. Overall, a great stay.

We had a great stay for our trip to Salem. The home was quiet, had everything we needed, and was in a great location - everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance. Would stay there again!

It was a wonderful experience very convenient to “downtown” you could easily walk pretty much to any of the sights. Darryl was very responsive and always willing to make a suggestion. The house was nice, clean and comfortable. I would stay there again and I highly recommend the house!

Darryl was an EXCEPTIONAL host for our adventure to Salem! The space was perfect, clean, comfortable and welcoming. The entire stay was terrific, but my spouse and I were particularly impressed with the coffee situation available! There was both Keurig and drip coffee available as well as tea and a variety of sweeteners and creamers. The location was also perfect walking distance from downtown Salem! Close enough for a comfortable walk, but far enough to have privacy when you’d like. Truly fantastic stay!
