House rules

Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home or on the porch. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

My family and I (fur babies included) spent the better part of a week here. Check in was a breeze on a quiet street. Beds were comfortable and cozy. We used the kitchen a few times and it had everything we needed to bake a pizza, brew coffee or even making eggs and toast. A clean and cozy, yet spacious little abode. Easy to walk to shops and food, despite the cold. Easy checkout as well. I can’t wait to come back, as I know a clean and cozy space will be waiting for us. Thank you! Host was very kind and gave recommendations.

I absolutely loved staying at Darryl's place for our trip to Salem. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was amazing, with being so close to downtown the space was so quiet even with the windows open. This is a great stay and I highly recommend anyone coming to Salem to book this place!
