Quiet hours begin at 8PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware/Minut party detection and exterior security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Policy - Pets are not allowed Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Strictly no smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house or on the balcony is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

This apartment was in a perfect location for us. It was very easy to walk to and from the town, and the train station to get into Boston. It was extremely clean and well equipped. When the weather got a bit cooler, it was very cozy. We found it very quiet while we were there, and the bed is very comfy. Overall, a great stay, and we may very well be coming back again.
