House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 8PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware/Minut party detection and exterior security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Policy - Pets are not allowed Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Strictly no smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house or on the balcony is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Very nice place in a perfect location. Within walking distance to the train station to get to Boston and Salem, and just a 5 minute drive to Salem. Plenty to do in Beverly also all within walking distance, while still being in a quiet area. We stayed in October when Salem is chaos and even then Beverly was calm and peaceful. Darryl was very quick to respond to any questions we had and very friendly. All around a great experience.

Great place to stay for our trip to Salem. Apartment looked just like the pics, everything was clean and the host was very responsive with any questions I had. Location was amazing, about a 5min walk to the train. Would def stay here again!

This place is absolutely wonderful. We hope to rebook with Darryl next year when we’re in town. Everything was so clean. The location is great and it’s surrounded by good views and restaurants. Nice location. Within walking distance of a couple good restaurants. The host was great to deal with and the place was in great shape and updated. Will definitely stay again if I get the chance.
