Quiet hours begin at 9PM. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the deck after 8pm please keep your voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Hot tub must have sanitizer added by guest nightly after the last use. Sanitizer will be left next to hot tub steps. Please follow the instructions written on the bottle. Failure to add sanitizer after final use of the day will result in cloudy water and require the tub to be drained/refilled. Misuse of the hot tub may also cause the need for it to be re-filled. There will be a fee of $100 if we need to drain and refill the tub because sanitizer was not added or because of misuse. No glass is permitted in hot tub area. Parking on street is not allowed during snow storms. Please move cars from driveway when plow arrives to ensure better snow removal. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee. Pet Fee = $125 (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees if the rule is not followed are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. No more than 5 cars may be parked at our home. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. If you wish to have visitors or wish to add additional guests to your group, please let us know. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. Propane grill is available but guests may need to exchange the propane tank if propane gas runs out as propane is not a listed amenity. Guests use bunk beds at their own risk and assume all risk associated with bunk beds. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus cost of the shipping.

Except for a couple of locked supply/owners closets, the entire space is for you to enjoy.
