Step right out your back door and onto the soft sands of your very own private beachfront yard. BEDROOMS This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in 5 beds: - Bedroom 1: King bed (sleeps 2) with a private ocean-view patio - Bedroom 2: Two twin-over-full bunk beds (sleeps 6) BATHROOM The bathroom is stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and fresh towels for your stay. KITCHEN Fully equipped with everything you need—pots and pans, glassware, cutlery, and a full suite of appliances including a blender, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. DINING Enjoy meals with a view—dining table is set in front of a large window overlooking the ocean. OUTDOOR SPACE Relax on the patio with Adirondack chairs, soak in ocean views, or lounge in the beach-yard, which features: - Direct access to Salisbury Beach - Plenty of outdoor seating - A shared grill for each unit (propane not provided) - Beach games - Fire pit (wood not provided) PARKING Two off-street parking spaces are provided. House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees, if the rule is not followed, are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in the reservation must match guests in the property. If you wish to have visitors or wish to add additional guests to your group, please let us know. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus the cost of the shipping. Please note that propane tanks are not guaranteed, as it’s difficult to gauge their weight and guests often leave the valves open. All fires must be put out by 10pm. Guests creating a noise disturbance between these hours will be given one warning to quiet down before being evicted from the property without refund. There is absolutely no smoking, candles, incense burning or use of illegal substances in the townhouse. There is no smoking on the property at all, including the yard. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Tampering with or covering the outdoor cameras in any way will result in immediate eviction from the property. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction from the property, without refund.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay. Three ladies needed to get away, and we loved the townhouse. It was supplied with everything we needed. It was very clean and beautiful. Darryl was a great host and checked to make sure everything was okay. The sunrises are spectacular. We will be back.

Darryl’s place was utmost amazing. It was clean, felt like home, directions he gave for check in/check out were clear and concise. The view and the house were just more than expected. The Master bedroom was so comfortable and beautiful. I cannot wait to stay again and we felt blessed to bring our four legged friend. It was perfect for our dog. If you are looking for a beach vacation, with the R&R to recharge your batteries. This is it! Darryl’s Communication with ideas and recommendations for dinner and seafood market was amazing. I cannot say enough about this home and host!

Definitely recommend staying in Darryl's place. Having the fenced in area for the dog to explore and chill was a bonus. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck, especially the second floor deck where the view went on forever. We were there in March right after a storm and the waves were terrific! Looking forward to going back again sometime.
