Welcome to the Loose Moose Lodge, a peaceful retreat nestled deep within the scenic White Mountains. Our lodge is named after a majestic moose that was spotted running through our driveway by one of our guests, adding to the natural charm of our location.

Additionally, the sofa can be transformed into a queen-sized pull-out bed for added convenience. The vacation home includes two well-appointed bathrooms, featuring tasteful and modern fixtures. Other Details to Note

We understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family, and that's why we welcome your pet dog to join you on your adventure, free of charge! Please note that we kindly request you to keep your pup leashed while outside and pick up any waste they may leave behind. The property is part of a duplex apartment, which means you will have one-half of the building to yourself, offering a private space with its own entrance and amenities. There may be neighbors in the other half, so please keep this in mind for your stay. You can enjoy a peaceful retreat with the added benefit of privacy. There are 2 propane tanks at the property. One for the grill and the other one is for the fire pit. Guests will need to refill if the tanks are empty. Starter Supplies: We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.

House rules

- Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am - Towels should be washed and put in the dryer before check out - Dishes should be washed and put away prior to checkout - Beds are to be left undone - No unregistered guests without prior approval. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. - No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. - Must be 25 or older to rent the property -Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. - Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 - Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. - Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund - If you check in and something is damaged, tell us immediately so we know when the damage occurred. - While we hope nothing is damaged during your stay, we understand accidents happen. Please tell us if anything is damaged during your stay so we can fix it for a future guest. Our housekeeper does a thorough check each cleaning and is asked to report anything not right. We’ll be more apt to work with you on damages if you tell us rather than find out about it after the fact. - Propane grill is available but guests may need to exchange the propane tank if propane gas runs out as propane is not a listed amenity. - If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.
