House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the deck after 8pm please keep your voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Hot tub must have sanitizer added by guest nightly after the last use. Sanitizer will be left next to hot tub steps. Please follow the instructions written on the bottle. Failure to add sanitizer after final use of the day will result in cloudy water and require the tub to be drained/refilled. Misuse of the hot tub may also cause the need for it to be re-filled. There will be a fee of $100 if we need to drain and refill the tub because sanitizer was not added or because of misuse. No glass is permitted in hot tub area. Parking on street is not allowed during snow storms. Please move cars from driveway when plow arrives to ensure better snow removal. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee. Pet Fee = $75 (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees if the rule is not followed are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. No more than 5 cars may be parked at our home. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. If you wish to have visitors or wish to add additional guests to your group, please let us know. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. Propane grill is available but guests may need to exchange the propane tank if propane gas runs out as propane is not a listed amenity. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus cost of the shipping. If your reservation falls on a Wednesday, please note that a member of my team will be at the house between 9 am and 5 pm for the regular weekly service of the hot tub, which includes reviewing water quality and adjusting the system.

Darryl’s place was great! We had a wonderful stay with another family and had plenty of space. The local area had beautiful walking trails and good food and breweries. Darryl was accommodating, responsive and very helpful.

Booking Christmas week is always risky... will the place accommodate our Christmas traditions and activities? Will the venue help create lasting holiday memories? Had really wonderful, short stay at Darryl’s with two families with young kids/babies. There was enough space for everyone and the upstairs was a huge hit with the kids. Very easy drive to North Conway and lots of things to do!

Darryl was a great host , home was comfortable ,with open concept kitchen in to living room. Bedrooms had good amount of space. Kids loved the camping theme bedroom. Darryl was responsive to requests to add extra night to trip, and early check in. The hot tub was great and the game room. The house was clean, and had plenty of space for all 8 of us. Great stay , great host. 5 star !

Booked a week in the white mountains for my husbands birthday and a stress-free thanksgiving. The kitchen was a perfect place to gather and cook for our family. The home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was everything we needed for a home away from home. Daryl was great to work with. The hot water went out and we received a response within minutes. My husband was able to troubleshoot the problem with Daryl over the phone and get the hot water back on. We will absolutely be back and prioritize Daryl’s properties moving forward.

Our family had a great time at this property! We especially enjoyed sitting by the (large) island, soaking in the hot tub, and playing in the game room. All the artistic details and decorations in the home were impressive. We have lots of great pictures and memories to enjoy for years to come. Darryl was very responsive (within minutes) and the place had everything we needed. Beds were comfy too! Would stay here again for sure!

We have a great experience. The house is nice and clean the bed sheets was not clean we have to change it accept this everything else same as they mentioned but the host is very responsive and respectful
