Step out your back door directly onto the sands of our private beach-yard. BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 8 guests in 5 beds. See bed count below: -Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (sleeps 2) -Bedroom 2: 1 full (sleeps 2), 1 twin-over-full bunk-bed (sleeps 3) BATHROOM: Bathroom stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels also included. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans glassware and cutlery set and has a full line of appliances (blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, more) DINING: The focal point of the living space is the dining table situated in front of a large window overlooking the ocean. OUTDOOR SPACE: Patio overlooking the ocean with adirondack chairs. The Beach-yard has plenty of outdoor lounging furniture, direct access to salisbury beach, one grill for each unit, fire-pit. The yard and patio are shared with the guests of the other two townhouses. PARKING: 2 off-street parking spaces are provided (location of parking spaces noted in guestbook).

House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees, if the rule is not followed, are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Guests allowed at the property would be 6 people, but can accommodate 1 more extra person for $100 fee, for a total of 7 maximum guests. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in the reservation must match guests in the property. If you wish to have visitors or wish to add additional guests to your group, please let us know. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus the cost of the shipping. Please note that propane tanks are not guaranteed, as it’s difficult to gauge their weight and guests often leave the valves open. All fires must be put out by 10pm. Guests creating a noise disturbance between these hours will be given one warning to quiet down before being evicted from the property without refund. There is absolutely no smoking, candles, incense burning or use of illegal substances in the townhouse. There is no smoking on the property at all, including the yard. failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Tampering with or covering the outdoor cameras in any way will result in immediate eviction from the property. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction from the property, without refund.

My wife and I had an amazing stay . The host was very responsive , helpful and polite . The ocean is right outside the back door . All amenities worked well. We will be returning !!! This is the one you want if you want a beach front and a great host . Totally worth the price !!! Gorgeous place and beautiful view

Darryl’s place was lovely and just what we needed for a week of exploring the North Shore and relaxing. I only wish the weather was a little warmer so we could enjoy the beautiful beach some more. But it was truly wonderful falling asleep and waking up to the waves 🌊 crashing along the shore. It was perfect for 4 of us.

We had a lovely, quiet getaway in the off season which was just what we were looking for. The house overlooks the beautiful beach w a shared backyard space complete w fire pit and loads of seating. Darryl was always helpful and quick to respond whenever we had any questions and made us feel taken care of. The town it’s located in small beach town hamlet w plenty of restaurants, but it’s also not far from Salem which we visited on a fun day out. Would definitely recommend staying there for anyone looking for a little seaside getaway! Thank you, Darryl! We really appreciate all your kindness and helpfulness!

Lovely home, fantastic views, excellent communication. Beautiful outdoor space right on the beach , fenced beach area perfect for our dog. Darryl is a great host top notch communication and recommendations.

We stayed here for a girls weekend in October and we had plenty of space for 5 of us. You can't beat being able to walk out onto the sand from the back porch. A great location that was easy to walk to the downtown area and also the beach right out back. Darryl was extremely responsive throughout our stay - would definitely recommend!
