Quiet hours begin at 9 PM, with no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without a refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without a refund. Renters must be 25 or older. -Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee. Strictly no smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. Smoke detection sensors are in place. No unregistered guests. Guest count in the reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Guests will enjoy full access to the home, including the arcade room, hot tub, and all living spaces. Entry is easy and secure via smart locks on all doors. You'll also have access to a dumpster on-site, making cleanup a breeze. With free parking and no shared spaces, your mountain retreat is entirely your own during your stay.
