Our 2 bedroom new construction and luxury condo is the perfect base for your outdoor adventures, concert experiences, and culinary explorations in this vibrant lakeside community in Paugus Bay at Lake Winnipesaukee. Step inside and be greeted by the warm and inviting decor of your new condo. The quaint living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, with comfortable seating and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and sleek granite countertops, perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay. Both bedrooms feature luxurious bedding and plenty of storage space, making it easy to unpack and unwind during your stay. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. Outside, the private patio offers a private and serene spot, making it the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or read a book with your favorite drink. When you're ready to explore, you'll find that our condo is ideally located for all of your favorite activities. Take a short drive to the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion for live music and concerts, or head to nearby Weirs Beach for swimming, boating, and fishing. And when it's time to eat, you'll find a plethora of local restaurants and cafes just a short walk away, serving up delicious meals made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.

House rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection (decibel meter) and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 until 2 hours minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. If smoke smell is detected, the costs for smell mitigation is up to $500. Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. Unregistered guests being on site will be charged $100/night per guest. Our EV charger is available for the use of our guests. The charger is a $10 fee per day. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping costs. Please be sure you have your belongings. Propane Tank: We have a gas grill, and the propane may need to be refilled. To ensure you're all set, you may want to bring your own propane just in case it's empty when you arrive. If you do need to refill the tank, rest assured that we will gladly reimburse you for the cost.
