Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.
Pet Fee = $75 (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25
Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees, if the rule is not followed, are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.
Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund.
Renters must be 25 or older.
No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke.
No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in the reservation must match guests in the property. If you wish to have visitors or wish to add additional guests to your group, please let us know. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest.
If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus the cost of the shipping.
Please note that propane tanks are not guaranteed, as it’s difficult to gauge their weight and guests often leave the valves open.

Great area and I love the beach access in the backyard. Not to far from Salem, NH and Maine if you are looking for a place to stay during a fall road trip like we did! Darryl was very nice and responded fast with our questions / concerns. I would like to stay here again! Tysm!

This was an amazing little beach condo! It was so lovely. It had a beautiful balcony looking at the bay. The beach in the back was amazing. A nice little beach area just for guests. The ocean was right in backyard and we fell asleep listening to the waves crash. The decorating was really pretty and everything was squeaky clean. He even had a nice little coffee bar with different syrups, hot cocoa, coffee, popcorn, and mints. There was no long list of things to do upon leaving. A great stay in a great location. If you are thinking about staying here… DO IT! You will not regret it! We WILL be back!!!

Darryl was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions we had. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and the proximity to the beach was phenomenal! I would gladly rent with him again!
