House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees, if the rule is not followed, are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. No food or beverages allowed inside the sauna. If found out, there will be a penalty of $200. No unregistered guests without prior approval. The guest count in the reservation must match the guests on the property. Please let us know if you wish to have visitors or add additional guests to your group. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest per night. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus the cost of the shipping. Please note that propane tanks are not guaranteed, as it’s difficult to gauge their weight and guests often leave the valves open.

My husband & 15 yo son took a long weekend escape & we picked the perfect house! The views from the deck, main living area & master bedroom were beautiful. The home was well appointed with everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean & very spacious. We were only a party of 3 but the house could easily accommodate a much larger group! Our son enjoyed the large game room after long days of exploring. It’s the perfect location to access several hiking trails in Grafton Notch. The Eyebrow Trail was challenging but fun & the Step Falls Trail was easy & super relaxing - we loved them both. The sauna & hot tub were in perfect condition & very well maintained. This is a secluded & quiet home with some restaurants & shops within a 10 minute drive. The host was responsive & proactive with providing lots of local recommendations. This house was the PERFECT place to relax & reconnect with loved ones.

Our stay was wonderful! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and made check-in easy. We especially loved the little touches like the game room and extra blankets. We enjoyed the near by swimming holes. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Darryl’s place in Newry was just the perfect vacation our family needed! The house was absolutely stunning! Everything was clean, spotless, and the linen smelled so fresh! The entire home is designed beautifully, very modern and clean look. The game room was perfect for our children and kept them entertained. The outdoor area and the view were breathtaking! Darryl was extremely helpful and caring, always got back to us within minutes and went the extra mile to share about local places to visit. I would highly recommend this home!
