House rules

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees, if the rule is not followed, are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. No food or beverages allowed inside the sauna. If found out, there will be a penalty of $200. No unregistered guests without prior approval. The guest count in the reservation must match the guests on the property. Please let us know if you wish to have visitors or add additional guests to your group. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest per night. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus the cost of the shipping. Please note that propane tanks are not guaranteed, as it’s difficult to gauge their weight and guests often leave the valves open.

We had a wonderful time at Darryl’s place. It was gorgeous with an amazing view! The home is spacious, clean, and homey. The game room is large and the perfect place to hang out with lots of games to choose from. The fire pit and hot tub area are so cozy and the metal fire pit is great because it keeps the fire off the ground so you can have a fire even if it has recently rained. The beds are very comfortable, and we all slept soundly. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals for 6 with plenty of extra dishes etc. Darryl was super responsive and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We brought out dog with us and were happy to see the house offered dog beds, toys and treat! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful escape!
