Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found, including odor, residue, or cigarette remains. Smoke detection sensors are in place. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Guests will have access to the private apartment. There are some shared spaces exterior to the private apartment such as the hallway to the apartment door.
