House rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Strictly no smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. Smoke detection sensors are in place. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

I've traveled the world using Airbnb, and this place was by far the most pleasant place to stay (the best value for the price as well). The place matches the photos exactly - it's clean, bright, and has everything you need to cook, wash your clothes, and to have a comfortable stay for a family of four with two kids under 7. Darryl was prompt and very friendly with his communications. I am a neatfreak, and this place was impeccably clean. It is in the heart of Portsmouth, within walking distance to many fun and amazing restaurants, cafes, and gift shops. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you Darryl for a wonderful stay! (yes it gets a little noisy at night, but it quites down after mid night or so and it didn't bother us much at all. You get the convienent location, so the night time noise comes with it).

This place was amazing. I loved that we could walk to all the amazing places Portsmouth has to offer!! Daryl was really responsive to any questions I had. He was a great host and it was a great place to stay :)
