House Rules

- Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am - Towels should be washed and put in the dryer before check out - Dishes should be washed and put away prior to checkout - Beds are to be left undone - No unregistered guests without prior approval. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. - No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. - Must be 25 or older to rent the property - Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee. - Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 - Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.

Ashley’s house is perfect for its location, amenities and amount of space. Large and comfortable first floor with many seating choices. The kitchen cabinets were extremely well stocked. We were all so relaxed and happy that we didn’t want to leave. It’s April so we enjoyed the fire and hot tub. Must get back when it’s warmer weather. Ashley was a wonderful hostess. She kept tabs with us to make sure we were completely happy. 10/10. I DO recommend

Celebrated my 40th bday with my family, an amazing escape from breath taking views, friendly neighbors and community. Clean organized and labeled instructions. My family felt right at home. Will be returning to enjoy more of what this home has to offer. Thanks again!

The place is a great retreat. We did DoorDash one night for dinner and drove over to Portsmouth for fresh lobsters the second night. The lake is perfect although it was half frozen for our visit. Everything was easy and the host is great!

Ashley was a fantastic host and the home was beautiful! The fireplace is cozy to sit by with a beautiful view of the lake while enjoying the fire. Everything was clean and tidy and felt just like home with everything they provide you with. We were greeted with a welcome basket which I thought was a nice added touch. The jacuzzi worked great and was nice to relax in with the view of the lake. Our stay was for a nice valentines day getaway and it was perfect. I can't imagine how beautiful it is in the Summer with the patios and amenities they have as well. Ashley is definitely a host who knows what she is doing and wants her guests to genuinly enjoy their stay. We will be looking in to going back in the Summertime.
