House Rules

- Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am - Towels should be washed and put in the dryer before check out - Dishes should be washed and put away prior to checkout - Beds are to be left undone - No unregistered guests without prior approval. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. - No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. - Must be 25 or older to rent the property - Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee. - Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 - Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.

Ashley was a fantastic host and the home was beautiful! The fireplace is cozy to sit by with a beautiful view of the lake while enjoying the fire. Everything was clean and tidy and felt just like home with everything they provide you with. We were greeted with a welcome basket which I thought was a nice added touch. The jacuzzi worked great and was nice to relax in with the view of the lake. Our stay was for a nice valentines day getaway and it was perfect. I can't imagine how beautiful it is in the Summer with the patios and amenities they have as well. Ashley is definitely a host who knows what she is doing and wants her guests to genuinly enjoy their stay. We will be looking in to going back in the Summertime.

It was a very relaxing birthday weekend. It was peaceful. The view sitting in front of the pellet stove with a hot cup of coffee was top tier for me! BEAUTIFUL! Despite the temps dropping to -18 degrees, we were still able to comfortably enjoy the hot tub out back! LOVED IT! Just might return for the summer to enjoy the lake as well!

We had a lovely and restful week-long stay at this beautiful space. It surpassed the photographs and our expectations so much that we extended our stay for a few days. Ashely was responsive, kind, and proactive. I highly recommend this space and hope to return again soon!

This house is amazing and one of the best places that I've ever rented. It has beautiful view and location. House feels cozy and has everything you need in it and even more. It feels like it's someone's house that was just left because it has all the everyday items that you need and you feel like you are at home since all the necessaries are available (like kitchen utensils, big microwave, nice oven, patio etc). I see hosts paid attention to a lot of small details in this house and it is thoroughly designed. Ashley was kind enough to let us check in earlier and overall response time was very good. We definitely want to visit this place again during the summer to swim in the lake and enjoy summer weather in this beautiful home

Really great place. Did a Christmas vacation here. Cozy fire and beautiful view of the snow covered lake. Has activities for the kids. Has spices and cooking essentials. Overall really pleased with stay
