Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Pets are STRICTLY not allowed. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees, if the rule is not followed, are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found, including odor, residue, or cigarette remains. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. Motorcycles are NOT PERMITTED on the property. A fine of $1,000 will be imposed. No unregistered guests without prior approval. The guest count in the reservation must match the guests on the property. Please let us know if you wish to have visitors or add additional guests to your group. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest per night. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus the cost of shipping. Please note that propane tanks are not guaranteed, as it’s difficult to gauge their weight and guests often leave the valves open.

Guests have full access to the townhouse and all shared community amenities, including: - Private lake access with a sun deck and water trampoline - Swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts - A community fire pit for cozy evenings - A clubhouse with ping-pong tables and bathrooms Free parking for up to 2 vehicles (no assigned spaces; trailers/motorcycles prohibited)
