Our home is minutes from Gunstock Mountain Resort, concerts at BankNH Pavilion, Weirs Beach, shopping, restaurants, and much more.

This charming townhouse comfortably accommodates guests with: - Master Bedroom: QUEEN bed with cozy linens - Second Bedroom: Full TWIN bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests. - Living Area: Relax with the Roku TV and enjoy easy streaming access. - Full Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy climate comfort with 3 mini-split heat pumps throughout the home. The back porch/sunroom is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Our listing shows resort amenities and amenities within our home. Please be sure to ask any questions for clarification on what is private to the home and a shared amenity.

Other Details to Note

Starter Supplies: We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items. Just a friendly reminder: Motorcycles are not allowed on the property. Signage is posted at the entrances, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Pool Update There are 2 pools in the Samoset community. Both pools will be closed for the season beginning September 8 and will be available again for guests to enjoy next summer.

House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Pets are STRICTLY not allowed. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees, if the rule is not followed, are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found, including odor, residue, or cigarette remains. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. Motorcycles are NOT PERMITTED on the property. A fine of $1,000 will be imposed. No unregistered guests without prior approval. The guest count in the reservation must match the guests on the property. Please let us know if you wish to have visitors or add additional guests to your group. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest per night. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus the cost of shipping. Please note that propane tanks are not guaranteed, as it’s difficult to gauge their weight and guests often leave the valves open.
