This charming townhouse comfortably accommodates guests with: - Master Bedroom: QUEEN bed with cozy linens - Second Bedroom: Full TWIN bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests. - Living Area: Relax with the Roku TV and enjoy easy streaming access. - Full Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy climate comfort with 3 mini-split heat pumps throughout the home. The back porch/sunroom is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Other Details to Note

Starter Supplies: We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items. Just a friendly reminder: Motorcycles are not allowed on the property. Signage is posted at the entrances, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Pets are STRICTLY not allowed. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (if possible) = $25 Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees, if the rule is not followed, are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 30 minutes to 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate cancellation without a refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. Motorcycles are NOT PERMITTED on the property. A fine of $1,000 will be imposed. No unregistered guests without prior approval. The guest count in the reservation must match the guests on the property. Please let us know if you wish to have visitors or add additional guests to your group. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest per night. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus the cost of shipping. Please note that propane tanks are not guaranteed, as it’s difficult to gauge their weight and guests often leave the valves open.

What a wonderful home! It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped (a huge plus!), the beds were super comfortable, and the decor was charming. Darryl was an exceptional host-easy to communicate with. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book here again!

We had an amazing weekend getaway thanks to Darryl’s place. The area was perfect and serene to take in all the fall foliage. We loved being walking distance from the lake. And we also enjoyed the local restaurants (Patrick’s had yummy food)! Can’t also forget to mention our sunrise hike we took at Mt. Major which was just a 10 min drive from the place! The place itself was clean and cozy. We would love to come back again!

It is really one great experience to stay in this house! It is super clean and convenient, 4 min walking to the private beach, 10 min driving to the state park and gunstock resort! The communication with Darryl is always efficient. Darryl also recommended very nice local restaurants to us! Recommend to any one who will visit the beautiful lake area!

It’s was a real pleasure for my husband, our 2 boys and myself. We had EVERYTHING we needed and even more. Darryl was answering our questions very quickly and at every moment. The lake was a big plus for us. Beautiful view!! We stayed at 3 airbnb in New-Hampshire the last couple months and this one was for sure one of my favorite. We will go back again without hesitation if we have the chance!
