Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $50/pet Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Strictly no smoking in the home. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

This place was everything we needed and wanted. Very comfortable, clean, had all the amenities, and plenty of space for the two of us. We walked and explored the town and parks nearby without needing our car. Highly recommend!

The loft was beautifully designed and matched the description! Though no onsite parking, we had no issues parking on the street right near the apartment. It was so nice having a washer and dryer and the downtown location was so amazing for walking to shops and restaurants! A few minor issues were communicated with the host and promptly replied to.

Daryl was an amazing host and the apartment was fantastic. Everything looked brand new and very well maintained, and the bedroom was huge and very comfortable. The apartment is perfectly located right on the main street in the heart of Gloucester, within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. Parking was very easy, the check-in instructions were simple to follow, and Daryl was very fast and responsive. He also gave us great recommendations on places to check out around town. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend staying here. I’d gladly stay here again in the future.

Mr. Darryl was an excellent host! The home was exactly as described. Everything was clean, well organized, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Communication was clear and timely throughout the stay. Darryl's apartment was the perfect place for our weekend getaway before the holidays. It was clean, quiet and convenient to shops, restaurants, the docks and the promenade. The apartment is in the perfect location to walk the Harborwalk and learn fun facts about Gloucester's history. After doing that, my husband and I poked around in the shops on Main St. We had the perfect weekend! Darryl was the perfect host and we'd stay in his apartment again in a heartbeat.

We loved the loft! It was in the perfect location; right on Main Street so lots of restaurants and shops were just down the street. We hope to come back to explore the area some more. The loft was so beautiful and welcoming. So many little touches—kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, a coffee station set up with coffee and tea, even ear plugs in the nightstands. The host really went above and beyond to create an inviting space to stay. And Larry was extremely prompt and helpful in responding to my messages.
