House rules
Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund.
Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee
Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste or pet damage/stains found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee.
Early Check-in (if possible) = $25
Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.
Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund.
Renters must be 25 or older.
No smoking or vaping in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee.
No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest.
If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here for our 4 day ski trip. Very convenient to Attitash...like a 4 minute drive and close to Conway for lots of restaurants options! The river in the back provides some great views.
We liked having all the bedrooms downstairs. While there are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, there are also 2 twin beds outside the bedrooms in a common area at the base of the stairs. This worked out well for the kids. One of the bedrooms has its own full bath and there is another full bath off the common area with a jetted tub/ shower.
Darryl was very friendly and responsive. We would certain stay here again!
