House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

This house was a perfect spot for our family. The location and view were really perfect. We enjoyed absolutely beautiful sunsets over the water. The house was open, cozy, the bedrooms were each nicely separate, and it was overall light and pleasant great kitchen, open concept. Darryl was communicative, responsive and flexible. All in all, a 10 out of 10. Easy access to other spots in Durham and Dover, which was great for us.

Very clean spacious home overlooking a river. Beautiful views off the back deck. Private setting. Kitchen fairly well equipped, with a grill on the deck. Roomy upstairs with master suite and nice walk in shower. Large den with pool table. Bathrooms clean. We had a great stay and would book it again.

We had an amazing time at Darryl’s property. The views of the water were spectacular to wake up to in the morning! The house was perfect and spacious, we had a great time shooting pool and watching movies! The location was wonderful as well, we loved Dover and Portsmouth! Darryl also gave us some great food recommendations. Highly recommend this stay!

Where to begin! Absolutely Beautiful Home, all of the rooms are so spacious, looking over the water was so relaxing. Had family of 10 over for a cookout, plenty of space for everyone! We are originally from the area, things have changed, but Darryl's restaurants were perfect. Plenty to do and see in Dover & Portsmouth NH. Already wanting to come back! Even the dog was comfortable, and that says alot. I highly recommend staying here if you are coming to the Seacoast NH area.
