House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

The condo was so nice and clean. Very spacious and warm. The location was perfect. The kitchen had so many options for cooking, but a couple of mornings we chose to go to breakfast right around the corner and loved the dinner options where we could just walk home at night afterwards. Steps may be an issue if you have mobility issues or can't carry luggage up steps, but if not you are golden here.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Darryl’s place and it made our family trip a great memory! The place is super clean and spacious, great choice for a family stay. The town is also very quiet and walkable, with food options on the same block. We would highly recommend this place!

The place was lovely and very comfortable. It was also an excellent location to walk to the local restaurants, bars and historic sites. And it was a great jumping-off point for exploring the Finger Lakes. The host was always very quick to respond and extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely come here again.

My family of four stayed at Darryl’s place for three nights, and we enjoyed having a spacious apartment to come back to after long days of touring the area. The location is wonderful, the beds are very comfortable, and Darryl was responsive with communications.
