House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 8PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the deck after 8pm please keep your voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. No more than 5 cars may be parked at our home. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or directly in front of the house on the street in the direction of travel. Cars parked in the street, not in front of our home are subject to being towed by the homeowner association and a potential fee of $100. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee. Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. Propane grill is available but guests may need to exchange the propane tank if propane gas runs out as propane is not a listed amenity. Guests use bunk beds and bicycles at their own risk. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping costs.

Darryl was a fantastic host, always responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was absolutely stunning, with stylish modern decor that made it feel both comfortable and luxurious. The location was perfect—close enough to restaurants, shops, and entertainment for convenience, yet tucked away in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would highly recommend!
