House rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. Strictly no smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. Smoke detection sensors are in place. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

Wonderful, walkable place in downtown that is excellentlly clean and comfortable! Great place if you're in town for the nightlife and want to be within walking distance. (Bring ear plugs if you're early to bed on weekends.) I'm hoping to return!

The space: New, bright, easily accessed from provided parking spot, located right the in the center of the town. Clean everything with a kitchen that was stocked with all needed appliances and dishes. Couldn't ask for a more modern space to spend a few days. The host: Darryl is responsive, helpful, pro-active. You can tell this person is a professional and it helped make the experience a little less worrisome since we were coming in from Philadelphia.
