We had an amazing stay at this rental. It had everything we needed and more! I honestly wouldn't change a thing at this property. I cannot say enough good things about the host Daryll, he is so personable, attentive, and very quick to respond. We will 100% be back and will be looking into booking other rentals from Daryll as well!!

We had a great time staying here for a family ski vacation. We did encounter a dirty house upon arrival, but Darryl quickly had it resolved. The house was spacious, beds were comfortable and the kitchen layout with table was great! The washing machine and dryer worked very nicely and efficiently. We did run into an issue with running out of hot water if more than 2 people showered in a row. We had to separate out times and then it was okay. The master bedroom is extremely bright as there are a lot of big windows, including one that cannot be covered with a shade so keep that in mind if you need a dark room to sleep. The house is very close to Loon and restaurants. It was an excellent location for everything we needed! We would happily stay here again.

This was our family’s second time staying with Darryl. It’s always a great place to stay. The house is welcoming and comfortable for humans and our dog. Looking forward to staying at the tree house again and again!

We had a wonderful stay in Barnstead. We spent our days kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake, watched the sun rise in the morning mist with our coffee out on the deck, and star gazed at night from the dock. Comfortable living room area to watch TV, nicely appointed kitchen and gas grill to prepare meals, comfy beds and towels. Darryl was a great host, promptly answering the questions I had when we first checked in. Thanks Darryl and Stay Space, we hope to visit again!

Everything was perfect from reservation information and communication with host to access code and wifi codes. The space is vibrant, polished and tasteful. The couch, chairs and bed were incredibly comfortable. The parking spot is a rare find in Portsmouth. The kitchen had extensive spices and kitchen tools and a lovely snack tray waiting as well as a multi function coffee maker which can accommodate K-cups (several "Dunkin" cups were waiting for us) or regular grounds. Instant coffee and dry creamer were also on hand. The bar supplies were better than we have ever experienced. The bathroom was super clean with lots of towels. A charming little grocery store (Richardson's) is a block away. The property is steps away from all the hotspots and best restaurants. Our host offered some restaurant recommendations that were spot on for us. Only two exterior steps to access property. The keyless access was effortless.

Beautiful location, very peaceful and serene overlooking the water. Hiking, fishing, and food all close by while still able to enjoy the privacy. Plenty of room and (most importantly!) pet friendly, my dog Charlie had a great time as well… Highly recommended!

Darryl was a fantastic host, always responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was absolutely stunning, with stylish modern decor that made it feel both comfortable and luxurious. The location was perfect—close enough to restaurants, shops, and entertainment for convenience, yet tucked away in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would highly recommend!
