Both apartments are tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

House Rules
Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund.
Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee
Pet Fee = $75 and will be automatically applied to your reservation. For more then one dog, each additional dog after the initial $75 fee with be $50. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee.
Early Check-in (if possible) = $25
Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.
Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund.
Renters must be 25 or older.
No smoking in the home or on the porch.
No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property.
If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping
Please do not lose the Pool Pass. For Lost Pool Pass, there will be a $300 fee.
