- Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am - Dishes should be washed and put away before checkout - Beds are to be left undone - No unregistered guests without prior approval. This is checked for all guests, and the fee is $100/night per guest. - No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. - Must be 25 or older to rent the property - Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome, and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will result in a $50 clean-up fee. - Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 - Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50, 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.

Guests have full, private access to the entire first-floor apartment, which includes its own private entrance equipped with a secure smart lock for easy, keyless check-in. Parking & Outdoor Amenities: Dedicated Parking: Enjoy the massive perk of free parking in Salem! You have 1 designated parking space located to the left of the trees in the driveway, directly in front of the unit’s windows. Shared Patio: You are welcome to enjoy the beautiful patio with pavers, seating, and a fire pit (shared with the friendly quiet residents in Unit 2 directly above).
