The cabin features 3 bedrooms: a king bed, a queen bed, and a flexible kids’ room with twin beds (or twin/trundle setup). There are 1.5 bathrooms on the main floor, including a stand-up shower and a powder room. Guests also have access to a full kitchen and comfortable living spaces with Smart TVs and Firesticks in both the living room and kids’ room. Mini-split units in the living room and primary bedroom provide added comfort.

We provide an ample supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials to kick-start your stay, designed to last around three days. *Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, no exceptions. Please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. Please keep your voices down and music low. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. *Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee. Pet Fee = $75/pet. Dogs are welcome, and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained, and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will result in a $50 clean up fee. *Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 *Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50, 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. *Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in an immediate check-out without refund. *Renters must be 25 or older. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found, including odor, residue, or cigarette remains. *No unregistered guests without prior approval. The guest count in the reservation must match the number of guests in the property. This is checked for all guests, and the fee is $100/night per guest. *If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.
