Daryl was a great host. Extremely responsive. The property was just as described and close to the surrounding areas. The beach was super clean and a perfect setup for a group of people. The kayaks were an added plus. Most definitely recommend staying here. The inside was super clean and the ac was a nice add for the hot nights.

Darryl’s place is a great spot! Everything is super walkable and easy to get to. Darryl is extremely responsive and friendly! He provided clear instructions on how to get into the air bnb. He also provided local recommendations! Everything was very clean and tidy. It is easy to unload and then find parking afterwards. This is a great space if you are looking to be in the heart of downtown!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend in Rockport and it was wonderful. We felt right at home and was peaceful enough but close to Main St in Gloucester. Would return!

This house is very nice! Darryl is very communicative and the house is in a great location for the beach, access to the Cape or whatever else you may want. The house had everything you might need and was comfortable. This was our second time there, and we enjoyed it very much both times.

The location is amazing! The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The neighbors we met walking on the street were so friendly, and the neighborhood greeter, Lilly the yellow lab, stopped by to welcome us. If you want to do some hill training, this is the place to do it! The home is clean and cozy. There is plenty of seating at the kitchen table and plenty of couch space for those who aren't lucky enough to grab the really comfy sitting chair first! We didn't take advantage of the game system or the loft space as our kids were on their own vacation at the time, but I'm sure they would have loved it. The weather wasn't the best for producing fine views, but we got a glimpse or two of Mt. Washington when the fog cleared. Sitting on the deck with the dog and my coffee was so relaxing!!! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Darryl’s place! The property was peaceful and packed with everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the private beach—it felt like our own little slice of paradise. The hammock was perfect for afternoon naps, the BBQ made dinners easy and fun, and the outdoor shower was such a great touch after a day by the water. Darryl was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Every detail was on point. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect lakeside escape!

We had a great experience from booking to check out. I would stay here again or at one of his other listings. I loved the decor. Furniture was great. Location was perfect for what we needed. I was hoping for a freestanding structure with no shared walls not realizing this is a duplex. But it was so private and I never saw or heard other humans which was my goal. I don’t have shared walls or spaces at home i don’t want it when I travel. With 5 kids ages 14-7 months we aren’t quiet. Not rude loud but kids make noise. Only suggestion is adding more rocks to the driveway at the end by the deck 3-5 yards a few chairs and a gas fireplace. The dining area inside was carpeted so i made my kids eat outside there was a outdoor table. We only stayed 2 nights but i could definitely stay here longer. Thanks for the nice accommodations.

We loved this place!! We stayed here for a girls trip & to hike Mt. Chocorua, the house was minutes from the trailhead. Gorgeous house & the hot tub was a major plus.
