Starter Supplies: We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items. There's an ongoing construction at the main inn that is in the same area where my property is.

House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee Pet Fee = $75 and will be automatically applied to your reservation. For more then one dog, each additional dog after the initial $75 fee with be $50. Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed. I ask that they are well behaved (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house trained and you pick up all of their waste outside). Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean up fee. Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay. Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. Renters must be 25 or older. No smoking or vaping in the home. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest. If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

My family celebrated a post-Christmas dinner here, and it was perfect. The house is beautiful and located in a cute neighborhood within walking distance of the Rockport Harbor. I highly recommend this home. I would stay again.

This is our third stay at Darryl’s place. Having many family holiday parties to attend in the area, this was the perfect location. We celebrated an early Christmas there and truly felt at home. Our 23 month old grandson loved being able to run around the first floor in a circle (expended lors of energy!) For us to have a great place with 3 bedrooms including en-suite bathrooms is a perfect solution instead of staying in a hotel. We look forward to our next stay.

We 100% enjoyed our stay at this place in the village of Rockport, MA. We would not hesitate to recommend it to folks travelling with friends or family. The house was clean, comfortable, extremely well-appointed, and a perfect venue for our Thanksgiving feast, with its large, well-equipped kitchen and round dining table. We had plenty of countertops, refrigerated space, and kitchen accoutrements, to work together and create our feast onsite. Each of our three couples had their own bedroom, a very comfortable bed, private ensuite bath, and closets galore. The village, scenic harbor, shops, and restaurants of Rockport were a five minute walk through a residential neighborhood. The town is also a convenient drive to lovely beaches, fascinating museums and historic sites, diverse restaurants, walks in natural areas, and more, in charming towns nearby including Gloucester, Ipswich, Essex, and Newburyport. Best AirBnb I've stayed in to date. Everything was pristine, comfortable and well accommodated. I stayed for 8 nights with my dog as a base to explore Cape Ann. I ended up having to work quite a bit more than I intended, so was in the house much more than anticipated -- but it worked out ok because the place was that nice! Loved the kitchen and bathroom, laundry was a breeze with high efficiency washer/dryer, outdoor space and indoor/outdoor fireplaces lovely. Everything was impeccably clean and well oriented. Location is great as it's set behind an Inn so you are off-road and also do not feel your irritating neighbors as an Airbnb guest. Location was amazing - a few blocks from Bearskin neck, dining, the coast, and south woods. I'm a walker, so we literally walked everywhere from the house. Can't recommend enough and will definitely stay there again if/when I come back to Cape Ann!

My family and I stayed at Darryl’s home. This was our first time in Massachusetts are really happy with our stay! Great location, walking distance from restaurants, stores, beach and art galleries. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenes. Ifwe ever go to Massachusetts, we will be booking with Darryl.

Beautiful location. Just like the photos. My entire party was impressed by the decor and cleanliness. We celebrated a 40th birthday and it was such a cozy spot to catch up with old friends and talk all night. We especially loved that there were enough bathrooms for all of us. There is a full kitchen and that was so nice for us to purchase groceries and cook and eat at the Airbnb. It was so peaceful. It was the perfect weekend and easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. We had an issue with one of the sliding doors. Darryl responded within 20 to 30 minutes and sent someone out to help resolve the issue. Communication was very seamless. We highly recommend this place for get-togethers.
