The main floor centers around a kitchen that makes it easy to gather, cook, and share meals together, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just off the kitchen, the living room offers a relaxed and inviting space to unwind, while the basement rec room adds another place to spend time, complete with a pool table for easy, laid-back evenings. The home features a master bedroom with a king bed on the main floor, two king bedrooms on the second floor, and a walkout basement with a twin bunk beds (4 twins total), giving everyone plenty of space to spread out comfortably. Bathrooms are thoughtfully laid out with a mix of showers and tub/shower combinations, and a powder room is conveniently located off the kitchen.

Other Details to Note

Starter Supplies: We provide a generous supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials to kick-start your stay, designed to last around three days. If your stay extends beyond this, we kindly ask guests to replenish these items as needed.

House Rules

- Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am - Towels should be washed and put in the dryer before check out - Dishes should be washed and put away before checkout - Beds are to be left undone - No unregistered guests without prior approval. This is checked for all guests, and the fee is $100/night per guest. - No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee. - Must be 25 or older to rent the property - Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome, and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will result in a $50 clean-up fee. - Early Check-in (if possible) = $25 - Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50, 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.
