House Rules
Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level - not just during quiet hours but at all times. NoiseAware party detection and security cameras are for ensuring this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund.
Manager/owner being called out for a rules violation is a $250 fee
Pet Fee = $75/pet (Dogs are welcome and cats are not allowed). Pick up all dog waste. Any dog waste found after a guest will be a $50 clean-up fee.
Early Check-in (if possible) = $25
Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Check-out late fees are as follows: 30 minutes late = $50 2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.
Tampering with any of the technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund.
Renters must be 25 or older.
No smoking in the home or on the porch. Evidence of smoking in the house is a $500 fee.
No unregistered guests. Guest count in reservation must match guests in the property. This is checked for all guests and the fee is $100/night per guest.
If you leave something, there is a $25 shipping fee plus shipping.

We had an amazing stay at Darryl’s place, and the photos in the listing don’t quite do justice to how lovely this unit is, we felt really lucky especially to find such a gem close to downtown that was dog friendly. Darryl gave us so many good recommendations and checked in just the right amount, even messaging in real time while we were figuring out how to use the AC remote. Parking was great, we were able to use the dedicated spot as well as street parking with no issues. We were here on a combined business and family trip, and the comfort/convenience of this place made it a snap to navigate Gloucester. Located on the top floor, you truly feel like you rise above it all in the city surroundings. Very clean and beautifully decorated, it was an oasis after working/site seeing. It was very private and as quiet as you can expect in a city. The absolute best part is that you can walk to downtown restaurants, attractions, harbor etc.,in 10 minutes or drive/park in 5. We hope to return soon!
